terms of service

- I will provide a sketch WIP for your approval, please ensure to point out anything you want to be edited at this stage!
- Payment will be done through Paypal invoices, after you have approved the sketch!
- I will only work with visual references of your character. In-game screenshots such as from FFXIV are perfectly fine, just make sure they're clear! (even better if you have colour swatches for me to use)
- I do not offer refunds unless I have yet to start on your commission.
- I have the right to reject a commission request for any reason.
- I do not allow my work to be used as NFTs, or anything related to cryptocurrency.
- I do not allow my work to be used to train AIs.
- I retain all rights to the artwork, and I can post it wherever I want and use it as an example for future commissioners - unless otherwise discussed.
- If reuploading to somewhere such as Twitter or Toyhouse, please ensure to clearly credit me. All links to my social media are on the home page.
- I take my time with commissions, so if you are looking for a fast turnaround time I may not be the artist for you. I am always willing to give an update on the progress of your order, including screenshots, just shoot me a message!By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service whether or not you have read them and you will be held to these rules.
